• Your API token is personal and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
• All API requests must be made over HTTPS.
• We enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage — currently 60 requests per minute.
• Excessive or abusive API usage may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. Wallet balances and SMS package credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change — we will notify users of any significant price changes via the dashboard or email.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or any illegal content
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with or disrupting our services or infrastructure
